I’m starting off my blog with one of my favorite books about creativity and influence.

In life we have many choices on how to spend our time and use our energy. Each day we can choose to use our resources for selfish activities that benefit only ourselves. We can also choose to spend our efforts on those things that really matter, like people. Take time to make a difference. Take time to make history. Make sure that you shine the corner in which you are. Claim ownership in the world and leave it better than you found it. What are you doing today to positively influence someone else?
